By submitting this application the model hereby grants to ISA AYDIN PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC, its representatives, owners, customers and those acting under its authority, permission to:

• Be contacted via email, phone, sms and social media channels
• Share model’s visuals and other details listed below with ISA AYDIN Photography’s clients/vendors via email, website and/or other sources of communication
• Share name, contact info and model’s social media profiles with clients/vendors when shortlisted or hired

Model allows:

• Publishing his/her model application on ISA AYDIN Photography’s website  for recruiting purposes without showing personal contact info
• Downloading model’s images from provided model’s Instagram profile and upload them to model’s profile on isa-aydin.com. Images will be visible to clients/prospects for hiring purposes

Model understands that the following will be visible on the internet:

• Visuals
• Body measurements/Sizes
• Age (Not Date of Birth)
• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Residing State and Town
• Model Category
